StatBetter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Important: The statistics and analysis provided should not be used as the sole basis for gambling, fantasy sports, or financial decisions. Always use your own judgment and consider multiple sources of information.
